Hi, I’m Raven, founder of TBE Accounting Services.

My journey in accounting began in public practice, where I spent years working in a public accounting firm serving a wide range of individuals and businesses. That experience built my foundation in compliance, tax reporting, financial accuracy, and professional standards — and it shaped the level of precision I bring to every client today.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University and later completed my Master’s in accounting from Eastern Washington University. I am currently working toward my CPA license, because I believe learning never stops. Growth is continuous — both personally and professionally — and I am committed to always sharpening my knowledge to better serve my clients.

After public accounting, I transitioned into hands-on industry work, supporting contractors, construction companies, and growing small businesses. Over the years, I’ve helped business owners navigate payroll setup, financial cleanups, job costing, compliance reporting, and system restructuring.

And through all of it, I noticed something important.

Many hardworking business owners weren’t struggling because they lacked drive — they were struggling because their financial systems weren’t structured properly. Payroll wasn’t aligned. Job costs didn’t reflect reality. Reports were confusing. Decisions were being made without clear financial visibility.

I remember thinking: it doesn’t have to feel this overwhelming.

I’m detail-oriented by nature. I care deeply about clean books, organized systems, and making sure everything ties out correctly. But more importantly, I care about the people behind the numbers. Every dollar represents effort, risk, and responsibility.
